Prof.ssa Avv. Bruna Capparelli

Bruna Capparelli is a lawyer and Associate Professor of Criminal Procedure, with over a decade of experience advising companies and organizations in the fields of corporate criminal law, corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, organizational liability, tax crimes, corporate compliance, corporate governance, and ESG.

She assists companies and corporate groups in the preparation and updating of 231 Models, in the drafting of company procedures and internal control systems, and she holds positions as a member of Supervisory Bodies.

She is the author of monographs and scientific essays, including those published by prestigious international publishing houses, a Fellow of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London and of UCLA, and co-coordinator of the Direito e Processo Penal series for Tirant lo Blanch.
