This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) referring to the brbstudiolegale.it website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”), managed by BRB Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Studio BRB”), describes the methods of processing personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) provided by Users registered or not registered on the Website. The Data Controller processes personal data in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and storage, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

The Studio BRB collects and processes personal data voluntarily provided by Users when interacting with the features and services of the Site, for example, when requesting for information. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Site for the transmission of the CV or for the sending of requests for “contacts” involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to any requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message. In particular, Users who intend to submit their curriculum vitae via the Site are invited to pay due attention to what is stated in this policy. The Studio BRB informs Users that the Regulation and the Privacy Code provide that sensitive data [i.e., personal data from which elements about race or religion, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership of trade unions, as well as biometric data, genetic data, data on the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person] can be legitimately processed only with the consent of the data subject. Therefore, the Studio BRB urges Users not to include any sensitive data in their CV.
Technical data
When visiting and consulting the Site, the Studio BRB generally collects navigation data through cookies or other tracking technologies. The technology platform through which the Site is made available to the User automatically records certain browsing data – the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols – such as, for example, name of the Internet Access Provider, Referral Site, pages visited, date and duration of visit, etc. This information allows access to the Site as well as the use of certain services and can be used anonymously and in aggregate form for statistical purposes and to verify the proper functioning of the Site. Studio BRB uses them to facilitate access to online services, authenticate the User if it is a previously registered User, for the purposes of studying the choices of Users in order to make the initiatives more responsive to the needs of its customers. Navigation data shall be stored for no more than 7 days and shall be deleted immediately after aggregation (excluding specific needs of court proceedings).

Subjects involved in the processing
The personal data of the User are processed by employees and collaborators of the Data Controller as subjects authorized for processing in accordance with the GDPR.
The data may be brought to the attention of third parties such as professionals, consultants and more generally third parties that cooperate with the Studio BRB for the pursuit of the above purposes, or third parties to whom outsourced activities have been entrusted.
In any case, Studio BRB is committed to providing these third parties only the necessary data for the performance of the functions and activities entrusted to them; also undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that the third parties use the data received only for the purposes indicated by Studio BRB and in compliance with the applicable personal data processing legislation.
The User’s personal data may also be disclosed to legitimate recipients pursuant to law or regulation, for example in the event of requests by the competent public and judicial authorities or, broadly, in the context of judicial proceedings, as well as to protect and defend the Site and the rights of the Studio BRB.
