Founder and senior partner of the firm.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna with a thesis in commercial law.
Biancamaria won a scholarship under the “Socrates-Erasmus” program promoted by the EU at the Vrije University of Amsterdam, where she spent a period of study.
Lawyer since 2007 – member of the Bar of Bologna.
She has collaborated as an expert on the subject at the Course of Commercial Law of Prof. Alberto Maffei Alberti of the University of Bologna.
In 2010 she obtained a specialization for Members of the Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and other Control Officers.
In 2013 she obtained the “Second Level University Master in Criminal Business Law” at the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan.
Biancamaria deals mainly with the responsibility of the legal entities ex d. lgs. 231/2001 and with commercial law.
She has prepared numerous Models of Organization, Management and Control of Crime Risks and holds positions as president/member of Supervisory Bodies of primary companies.
She is on the Board of Directors of the Association “Criminal Law, Economy and Business”.
Author of publications on commercial law, she takes part as a speaker in conferences on the responsibility of the legal entities ex d. lgs. 231/2001.
