After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Bologna where he graduated with a thesis on criminal law (supervised by prof. Filippo Sgubbi and Prof. Stefano Canestrari.)

After graduating, he achieved a research doctorate in criminal law concerning economic issues at the University of Messina in association with LUISS University in Rome.

Subsequently, at a professional level, he has progressively oriented himself with greater absorption towards judicial – criminal – advice and assistance in favor of professionals, entrepreneurs, companies, and national and foreign groups operating in the most varied sectors, dealing with all the areas that mark the criminal law of the economy.

from 2005 to mid-2014 he collaborated continuously with Prof. Filippo Sgubbi, of which he was a substitute in national and international trials.

Before founding BRB law, he was responsible for the criminal law department of the economy of a leading law firm active in commercial law, banking, and business crisis.

He has overseen the preparation of numerous Models of Organization, Management and Control of the Risks of Crime, and holds the position of president/member of Supervisory Bodies.
